| How do I place an
order ? Placing an order is easy. a). Prepare your order noting the reference number sizes and colours of the garments you require. b). Phone us on 01244 823 923 or 07718 315 812, or Email us, at sales@koodhong.com you can also use the flashing email icons at the top of each page. c). Send through the artwork you would like us to digitize. We will either send you a screen shot or send out a sample. d). Once we have your approval we will proceed with your order. |

| What is your
minimum order ? There is no minimum order, we will supply you with a single garment. |

| Do our prices
include embroidery ? Yes. The majority of business logo's are under 8000 stitches and all our garments include an embroidered design of up to 8000 stitches, designs over that figure will incur an extra cost at a rate of £0.50p/1000 stitches. |

| What other charges
are there? Very few! Designs of up to 10,000 stitches will be digitized free of charge, and we do not charge set up fee's, except when a garment requires a second embroidery. Prices in the catalogue do not include VAT. There is a charge for postage. If the order is over 2 kilograms it will be sent via ParcelForce, the maximum charge for postage in all cases is £10, except where a customer requires an express delivery, |

| Does embroidery run
or fade ? Not ours. We use the very best in Polyneon or Rayon threads from Madeira, Europe's leading specialist manufacturer of machine embroidery threads. Polyneon is the ideal embroidery thread for stonewash, heavy soiled, stained and frequently washed garments. Polyneon can machine wash at 95ºC and can be Chlorine treated at 30ºC for 30 mins. |

| Is there an
extra price for a second design ? Yes. A second design will cost an extra £2.00 setting up fee, with the same rule applying that: all stitches over 5000 will be charged at £1/1000. |

| How long will
the order take ? We quote delivery at two weeks from the point of order, if you have a particular deadline to meet, let us know. We can generally improve our lead times. |

| Do your prices
include VAT.? No. Prices do not include VAT. Please note that children's clothing does not incur a VAT charge. VAT is charged at 17.5%. |

| How much do you charge for postage ? | ||

Postage is calculated
by the weight of your order. We try to deliver items within the Deeside area free of charge.

| What will it
cost to have my own logo digitized ? It depends on the size of the logo. Designs of up to 1000 stitches will be digitized free of charge. Larger designs will be charged at £3/1000 stitches for anything over 10,000 stitches, up to a maximum of £50.00. We reserve the right to charge more on very complex designs. There is no charge for digitizing on designs from our library or true type fonts. |

| Can I use my
digitized design again Yes. Once a design has been digitized it will be saved to disk and can be used again and again. |

| If I already have my logo in an embroidered format can you use that ? | ||
| Yes, provided it is one of the main embroidery formats. | ||
| What format should I send my artwork in ? | ||
| We prefer, JPeg or BITMAP images but we can read practically any format you choose to use if we encounter any problems reading your file, we will contact you. | ||
