	Terms and Conditions Prices All garments include 8000 free stitches of any design, designs over 8000 stitches are charged at Ł0.50p per extra 1000 stitches. There are no hidden set up fees. Digitizing is free of charge on designs of up to 10,000 stitches, and Ł3.00/1000 stitches for designs above that threshold. i.e. If a design has 14,000 stitches it will incur a digitizing fee of Ł12.00. When digitizing a design, we make every effort to keep the stitch count down.

	Designs IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CUSTOM DESIGN DOES NOT INFRINGE ON COPYRIGHT OR THAT YOU POSSESS THE FULL AUTHORITY AND PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR TRADE MARK OWNER TO REPRODUCE THE DESIGN, MOTIF OR LOGO IN QUESTION. Please do not ask us to digitize copyrighted designs as a refusal often offends

	Orders Orders will be completed within 14 days of confirmation of order, however every effort will be made to accommodate more urgent orders

	Payment A minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on all orders. The balance is to be paid in full before dispatch. Payment can either be made by cash, cheque (cheque's should be made payable to KooDhong Innovation Limited) postal order or credit / debit card. We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you are paying by cheque please note it must clear prior to dispatching your order. An administration fee of Ł10.00 will be charged if a cheque presented for payment is dishonoured by the bank.

	Delivery All deliveries are subject to carriage charges. Details of rates within mainland UK are available upon request. We accept no responsibility for delay or non delivery of goods.

	Returns GOODS ARE NOT SOLD ON A SALE OR RETURN BASIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Refunds will not be given unless goods are faulty. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

	Sizes / Colours Sizes and colours depicted on this Web site are approximate and intended for guidance only. We accept no responsibility for orders that are unsuitable due to incorrect sizes or shade. If you are in any doubt, please request a size / colour sample before placing your order. We recommend that you go by chest sizes quoted in inches in our catalogue, rather than the S M, L sizes as different companies disagree on the exact meaning of Small, Medium or Large. (sometimes with themselves!)
